Moody’s upgrade acknowledges medium-term structural reforms: Nagaraj Kulkarni, Standard Chartered
Talking to ET Now, Nagaraj Kulkarni, Standard Chartered , says the announcement should give bond markets some comfort that there is an external independent endorsement of the reforms and not everything is bad with the country.
