If shareholders don't object, will consider class action suit against Raymond independent directors: Anil Singhvi, IIAS
In a chat with ET Now , Anil Singhvi, IIAS , says in India more often than not, shareholders think promoters have some right to fleece the company and they don't care if they take steps for private benefit as long as the company is doing well.
