Wholesalers, retailers floating new companies to be GST compliant
NEW DELHI | BENGALURU: Several wholesalers and small retailers are now setting up new companies to become compliant under the goods and services tax regime and start on a clean slate after having failed to keep their books clean, four people in the know said.
