General direction of Modi's reforms has been positive: Randall Kroszner, University of Chicago
It will be valuable for the Fed to start cutting its balance sheet sooner rather than later so that they can do it gently in the back ground without scaring the mar kets like in 2013, said Randall S Kroszner , an economics professor at the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.
