I attribute a lot of growth of Piramal Enterprises to what is happening in India: Ajay Piramal
The fact that a lot of approvals in the past were given to real estate companies which were not legally done is another issue. All these have meant that the real estate space has actually been a lot in the news for all the wrong reasons. I believe that this is an opportunity.
