CIL & worker unions agree on hike, no accord on jobs to kin
KOLKATA: The Coal India management and worker unions are at loggerheads over the hiring of family members of employees permanently disabled or killed in accidents, a dispute that has blocked a wage accord even though the two sides have agreed on the quantum of salary increases.
