Econsumer mediation centre gets off to a slow start
BENGALURU: The Online Consumer Mediation Centre (OCMC) set up by the consumer affairs ministry in December 2016 to allow ecommerce customers to resolve complaints digitally appears to have got off to a slow start, with just 84 complaints registered on the portal, of which only 14 have been resolved.
