Impact of interconnect norms for telcos not to be severe: Vikas Halan, Moody's Investor Service
Talking to ET Now, Vikas Halan, Moody's Investor Service , says initially the larger telecom players like Bharti and Idea and Vodafone combined would have higher traffic coming in than going out, but that will change in a couple of years.
