Lenders to mull over Binani Cement’s out-of-court settlement plea
KOLKATA: The Kolkata Bench of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on Monday adjourned the hearing on Binani Cement insolvency proceedings to April 9 to give the committee of creditors time to consider parent Binani Industries’ application for a settlement outside the tribunal.
