Flipkart signs term-sheet for buying out smaller rival Snapdeal
NEW DELHI: Flipkart, the country’s largest ecommerce company, has signed a binding term-sheet to acquire rival Snapdeal and is scheduled to undertake commercial and financial diligence in the next few days, according to people aware of the developments.
