In search of cultural transformation, Infosys lost out on brand equity
Consistent highlighting of poor corporate governance issues by Infosys co-founder Narayana Murthy for over eight months and the subsequent departure of Vishal Sikka as CEO citing continuous interference in his work has resulted in brand equity erosion, says brand experts.
