'Telecom's changing, soon a call centre will not need a centre'
Exotel's cloud telephony platform handles 3.5 million calls every day, for over 1,300 customers around the world, including Ola, Uber, Practo and Quikr. It has touched 8.5 crore unique telephone customers and is profitable.
