Anand Rai to move HC against Jasper Infotech
NEW DELHI: Anand Rai, the owner of Gurgaon-based QuickDel Logistics, says he will soon move the Delhi High Court against Jasper Infotech and its promoters Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal for, what he termed, violation of non-compete agreements, criminal breach of trust and misappropriation of funds.
