JAL files petition in SC looking to sell Yamuna Expressway toll
NEW DELHI: Jaiprakash Associates (JAL) has filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking permission to sell its toll project on Yamuna Expressway to cover liability towards homebuyers of Jaypee Infratech’s under-construction projects. Jaypee Infratech has defaulted on Rs 526.
