Bain Capital, GIC to Sell 10 million shares in Genpact
BENGALURU: Genpact’s investors Bain Capital and GIC Private have offered to sell 10 million common shares taking their holding in the company down to 25%, the business process management company said in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
