Dubious promoters should not be allowed to submit resolution plan: Sajjan Jindal
Taking to social media once again to raise his concern for the ongoing resolution proceedings, steel and energy magnate Sajjan Jindal said on Wednesday that "dubious" promoters should not be allowed to submit rehabilitation a plan as it could amount to misuse of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
