Land and labour reforms overstated as challenges for Indian economy: Arun Jaitley

Taking part in the India Development Debate at ET Now, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley says the Moody’s upgrade was expected and sooner than later, some form of upgrades and recognition of all these reforms and steps being taken would come from global agencies.
