Retail lending is currently the best available option for banks: Jose K Mathew, Federal Bank
“Retail lending has changed a lot during the last ten years. We’re now taking a more calculated and cautious approach than we did ten years ago,” admits Jose K Mathew, executive vice-president and head of retail business at Federal Bank.
