US Fed court opens doors to 'startup visas'


MUMBAI: A US district court judge, on Friday, ruled that the Trump administration cannot delay an Obama-era immigration rule, which enables eligible foreign entrepreneurs to temporarily stay in the US to nurture and grow their startups.
