GST Council Meet: Ease of compliance expected, rate cut for goods & services
The GST Council is meeting for the 25th time today under the backdrop of declining collections, but is likely to come up with some sweeping changes. The most significant change expected is the reduction in the number of returns a taxpayer needs to fill every year.
