IT-BPM employees will need new skills to survive
MUMBAI: As much as three-quarters of jobs that India’s IT and business process management (BPM) companies undertake by 2022 will require their employees to acquire new skills, and they are already preparing their workforce to capture emerging opportunities, an industry survey indicated.
