Moody's expects commitment to fiscal consolidation, reforms to continue in Budget
We understand that there has been a disruption in economic growth because of reforms but we also think that the reforms are going to be very positive for India's potential growth over the medium to long term, says Christian De Guzman, Moody's Investors Service , in an interview with ET Now.
