JSW Steel, ArcelorMittal, Tata Steel vie for Bhushan Steel
Top steel makers JSW Steel and Tata Steel from India, and Luxembourg-based ArcelorMittal are learnt to have submitted bids for the debt-ridden Bhushan Steel which is undergoing insolvency proceedings.
