Whitewood furniture sells company to employees
THOMASVILLE, N.C. — Whitewood Industries, a manufacturer and distributor of case goods, home furniture, and contract furnishings, has sold its privately-owned company to its employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
