Between TPG and Manipal, we are looking at investing between Rs 4,500-5,000 cr in Fortis: Ranjan Pai
In an interview with ET Now, Ranjan Pai, MD & CEO, Manipal Group, says instead of merging Fortis into Manipal group, it has offered to merge Manipal group into Fortis because investors did not want the company to be broken into two parts and wanted people to go directly into the company.
