GST is about replacing one large mess by a small mess: P. Chidambaram
The wrinkles that you spoke about in the GST, will you not agree with me that they reflect the will of the states who were part of the GST Council, the states who were trying to protect their fiscal turf. In some sense, it is also the will of the Congress Party represented by those states?
