Fork Media acquires majority stake in audio advertising platform Rappio


Adding to a slew of innovative native and premium advertising products on its platform, digital ad-tech company Fork Media has acquired a majority stake in digital audio advertising startup Rappio Advertising. The acquisition marks the entry of the company into large-scale audio-based advertising.
