NEW DELHI: The benefits of goods and services tax (GST) can be seen within a month of its implementation as it has produced a "big positive effect" on the economy, and has bolstered the economic progress, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said in his 'Mann ki Baat' address on Sunday.
