Budget 2018: A disappointment or a responsible Budget?
Swami, how are you reading Budget 2018? Swaminathan Aiyer : It is a disappointing budget. The positive part of it is no big freebies and that particularly has been kept in line. The fiscal slippage I am disappointed with.
