Tariff hike can be avoided if billing efficiency goes up: Ajay Kumar Bhalla, Power Secy
In an interview with ET Now, power secretary Ajay Kumar Bhalla says in order to bring down T&C losses, state governments have been advised to put up meters everywhere. If the billing efficiency goes up, tariff increase could be avoided.
