Buoyant about a good sowing season this year: Shobhana K Pattanayak, Agriculture Secretary
Shobhana K Pattanayak , Agriculture Secretary, while talking to ET Now said that she is hopeful of a very good sowing season this year as a good monsoon is expected. IMD's forecast is suggesting that we are in for a very good season this time around.
