Pravin Prakash was warned enough to refrain from addressing Byju Raveendran as ‘sir’ at a presser in Bengaluru last month. Byju’s, the edtech startup, was announcing an update to its learning app and Prakash was tasked with introducing Raveendran. Prakash found the diktat tough to follow.
