Bhushan Steel, BSPL case: NCLT nod for insolvency proceedings
NEW DELHI: National Company Law Tribunal today gave go-ahead to banks to start insolvency proceedings against Bhushan Steel Ltd and Bhushan Steel & Power Ltd (BSPL) to recover loans the companies have defaulted on.
