GST does not provide for exemptions, it only provides for refunds: Arun Jaitley
In an exclusive interview with ET Now's Supriya Shrinate, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley says for the first three months, the GST council will meet on the first Saturday of every month to assess how it is moving.
