Numaligarh Refinery to promote start-ups in Northeast India
GUWAHATI: Assam based Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) has decided to promote start-ups in Northeast India region. Initially the company has come up with a fund of Rs 10 Crore to assist start ups. The refinery has kick started the process by holding ideation on Tuesday in Guwahati.
